Cedar Park boasts easy access to a rail line, outdoor activities, and an amazing community.

There's so much to do in Cedar Park, which is partly what drew our family to move here. Other reasons included easy access to a rail line, outdoor activities, and an amazing community.

Shopping

The 1890 Ranch Shopping Center will help you take care of all your needs taken care of with Target, Half Price Books, Famous Footwear, and more. And if you go just a little further across the street, you'll find Costco and Whole Foods.

Favorite Places to Eat

Chada Thai has some of the best Thai food in the city. And if you have a little bit of a sweet tooth, I recommend trying Gigi's Cupcakes.

Outdoor fun

One of the best parts of Cedar Park City is Brushy Creek Park; because you can fish, kayak and canoe. In addition, there are lots of trails and a splash pad that you can enjoy with the kids when it's hot outside.

If you're into basketball, you can shoot hoops on the basketball court, and if you go across the street, you'll find a skate park. In addition, there are soccer fields, sand volleyball, and a playscape your family to enjoy.

Indoor fun

When it's blazing hot in the summertime here or during winter, you can go to splash shack. It's a micro waterpark, where you can enjoy some slides with the kids. But amazingly, it stays a cool 82 degrees all year round.

Communities:

Ranch in Brushy Creek

What makes this community so unique? It's right next to Brushy Creek Lake Park. They also have a community swimming pool and playscapes. If you enjoy shopping or city living, this community is close to the domain, as well as downtown.

Twin Creeks

Here you'll find a golf course and a country club with a restaurant and a swimming pool with slides. If you don't want to purchase a single-family home, you can also find luxury townhomes. Twin Creeks is 20 minutes away from Lake Travis and 25 minutes away from downtown Austin. And down the road from Twin Creek is the H-E-B Center, which is a place to enjoy various forms of entertainment.

Home Prices

You can still find homes in the $300,000 and go all the way up past a million dollars, which is still less than the city of Austin.

New and Exciting Developments:

Bell Boulevard

Bell Boulevard will be the heart of Cedar Park, with a brand-new city library, restaurants, a social hub, 16 acres of green space, a park, and urban residences.

Round Rock Donuts

The world-famous Man vs. Food featured restaurant and donut hub. They're delicious, and it's going to be right off RM 1431.
